HCG levels

I had some bleeding for 3 days and went to the doctor. At 3 weeks 4 days my blood hcg levels were 102.07 and two days later at 3 weeks 6 days they went to 630.59.  They more than doubled in two days. Could this possibly be a twin pregnancy?
