Hi everyone!

I've been using this app for a few months now and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Meghan and I'm closing in on my 29th birthday. My husband and I are finally ready to start a family. Actually, we have been trying for two years, but I have PCOS and have yet to bed lucky enough to conceive.

I have an OBGYN appointment tomorrow morning and am going to discuss fertility testing, treatments, and any other options we may have.

We are so anxious that we already have names picked out, but we want to wait until birth to know the gender.

I would love any and all thoughts, opinions, advice--anything!--on being first time parents. Untold secrets, tips for any aspect of the pregnancy birth, or first few weeks/months. How long should we wait to tell extended family and friends we are finally pregnant?
