Hi Ladies I am 28 weeks 4 days and thinking about going into a domestic violence shelter with my 11 year old daughter because my boyfriend is verbally and emotionally abuse to the extreme. I currently live in NYC and have no idea of what I'm getting myself into. I just know that I'm highly depressed and completely miserable by being with him. He controls my every move, i have no friends, and even being pregnant I get acussed of lusting over man in the streets when it isn't true. I'm to the point that I can't deal with it and just need some piece of mind for me and daughters. So my question remains has anyone else gonna through a similar situation and how was the experience?
