How many cycles after miscarriage did it take to conceive again?

I had a miscarriage with my 4th child on Dec. 22, 2014. My Dr said to wait one cycle so I did and have been trying since late January. I am on cycle say 40 and completely missed my period for February and all negative tests, I'm feeling very sad.
