Best way to deal with cramps?

I used to have the most awful cramps. With being on the pill, they barely exist.

All of the above 😅 I haven't really had cramps since I was 16, and I can't take midol because it makes me sick, so I used to take a steaming hot bath, put a heating pad on, and put my laptop on my stomach. Then I would try to take a nap.

Don't use heat!! Get an ice pack and put it directly on your back. I wrap mine with a reusable bandage. It'll help take your mind off the pain. Give it a try.
