not enough sleep for BBT??
Do any of yall ever wonder how accurate your BBTs are because you don't get 5 hours of sleep every night? Or is it just me?🙄 I'm a law student...needless to say 5 hours of sleep is not a constant. This is especially true now as it's finals time! I maybe only get 2-4 hours! I, unfortunately, don't have the luxury of an even semi consistent sleep schedule/duration. The only thing that's consistent is temping/waking at 5am every day! Anyway...thought I'd see if I was alone on this👋🏼
