How often do you douche?

I have heard multiple things about douching. Douche once a month. Do not douch at all. Its ok to do it. Its not ok. Even the most awkward is to "douche after sex to not get pregnant" Idk its so confusing. Personally, i seldom douche. So i just wanted to hear your thoughts/knowledge on douching. Douching after sex actually just pushes the semen higher into your vaginal canal and up against your cervix. That is the exact opposite thing you'd want to do if you were trying to avoid pregnancy.

Also, don't douche. It's bad for your vaginal flora and pH. The vagina doesn't need help cleaning itself.
