Would you wait to ttc in my shoes?

Question

So my husbands birthday is in October, mine November and our sons is in December ( the 4th) he is 3 . If we were to ttc again this cycle and were successful the due date would be December 17th. For one that's really close to christmas ( lots of money ! ) and also 2 weeks after my sons birthday. If you were in my shoes what would you do ? We are not flat broke poor but not rich either & christmas time is a tight tight time for us.

I personally would not wait, even though you have had a child, you don't know how long it will take to conceive a second, and every month is precious time that you don't want to lose. But that being said, you should definitely do whatever your heart is telling you to do!

When I first started TTC almost a year ago I told my husband that I absolutely did not want to have a December baby (because of Xmas) or an August baby (I'm a teacher and that's an unbelievably crazy month with back to school). However, after TTC for almost a year now, I realized that I want a baby so badly that I don't care what month it is, I JUST WANT A BABY!! lol

My sons bday is dec 17 just a week from xmas. My hubby and i have been ttc for #2 for 8 mobths now and i have mentioned to him to not try in march coz that would mean iur kids bdays would be extremely close within a week or two.  He mentioned that if its meant to be itll be and we are not waiting a month for possibly pregnancy just because of a bday and xmas. (I also have two bdays either side 16th and 18th dec within my family) Goodluck

I say go for it, my sons birthday is December 19th and we give him a birthday and Christmas separate, we never go all out he knows both are about family and Christ. Good luck and baby dust!
