reflux back wore then before

My almost 2 month old had moderate reflux that had over the last month been slowly getting better, up until 2 days ago I was barely noticing any symptoms anymore. All of a sudden it is back and worse then before. She was never on medication because her pediatrician and I decided it wasn't bad enough to start her on anything for it and I was so happy I thought we had past it and survived it. Nothing has changed for her as far as diet so I don't know why it is suddenly back 😩
