my boyfriend just turned 18, & he doesn't have a SMALL dick, but it's not big... is it going to grow more or is it stuck as it is?

Usually, a penis would typically grow during puberty, im assuming around ages 10-15. But puberty does happen at different times for everyone. It can finish growing around age 13 too.. 18 at latest, but still it depends on the guy. Are you not happy with his size? lol
