Gestational diabetes, losing weight
So I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I went in for my apt and I lost 3 lbs since last apt. Now they want me to go in in a week to make sure I've gained at least 1 lb. I'm so confused I'm not supposed to gain a lot of weight. I don't think 3 lbs is a lot to lose. Has anyone gone through this in the past?
