So I have some discomfort in my lower left abdominal area, about two inches left and two inches down from my belly button. Slight cramps and sensitive to touch when I put pressure on it. Also have some nausea. I am cd 24, af due in 5-6days. I also had cm that was tinged a brown shade earlier today when I used the bathroom but nothing else seen since. I did have a negative test four days ago, but that was like 5 dpo lol. Could this be implantation? Or Could it be an ovarian cyst???
