I've been there. I have never self harmed but I used to close my eyes for a second or two when driving and drive too fast round a tight bend amongst other things. I only stopped because I didn't want to drag other people into it.

I have the same thing. I know it's hard and you might feel that you are embarrassed to get help or that you are the only person who feels that way. But No matter how you think of yourself, you just have to remember that other people would be greatly affected if you were gone. I thought that no one cared and that life wasn't worth living but I think that going to a therapist(against my will) and getting put on anxiety medication was the best decision my parents ever made for me. I thought that no one would understand or miss me if I was gone, but trust me people would. Don't be shy to get the help you need.
