Heartbroken

I've had an Ex reject me because he already found someone in the past few weeks. He lied and said I'm the only one he talked to. He even bragged and shoved the PDA in my face over text. Can some of you give me a little reinforcement and comment tips and advice, or just comment how rude he was to make me feel less crappy? Thanks, I'm a trans boy so male pronouns please! xx
