So I have been with the same guy for over two years now, and he has dealt with my low moods very well. But right now I can't even find one thing about myself that I seem to like. I just don't think it's fair to him to expect him to love me when I don't even like myself.

This is an interesting statement. Kinda sounds like you're having depression which can mess your self perception. You may want to talk to someone (and hopefully not Medicare). On the other hand, maybe you want to leave him but can't find a good reason??
