I need some peace of mind 😓

I'm feeling this pain, almost like cramps but it's like kind of a pain near my cervix and also only on my left side toward my hip. It's like a constant ache near my hip and like zaps of pain that make me wince toward my cervix. Should I be concerned? Is it normal? I'm a FTM and don't know whether I should call a doctor or if it's normal and something I could help get rid of.
