9dpo and strange cramping?

So im currently 9dpo, af due may 9th. Ive had normal bloated and cramping that i tend to get before af, or due to my pcos. But now i feel almost a pinching feeling in my lower stomach. Lile my uterus is being squished together 😕 is this normal? I had a bfn yesterday (not fmu) but i realise i was only 8dpo then. Ive never had this feeling before, it doesnt feel like the normal cramps that comes with af. And normally i get sore breasts for a week before af and i haven't gotten them yet. Any insight would be appreciated 😊
