My mom and I are planning my baby shower. I wanted to be a part of planning to be sure that my dad's side of the family would be involved, too since my mom doesn't really talk to them. Well, my fiancé's grandma wants to help too so of course I told her that she's more than welcome to help. She's really a great woman and I love her so much but she's completely taken over. She's changed things that were already set. Like, we had a nice outdoor location & a date set. She changed both. So now it's inside at a fire house (I don't even know where it is) and she changed the date to a Sunday. The whole reason I didn't want it on a Sunday is because my aunt (dad's sister) wouldn't be able to come. She visits my cousin (her daughter) every Sunday because she's in rehab and Sunday is her only day to visit. My aunt has been the only person in my family to support me through the whole pregnancy. My moms side all thought I was stupid for getting pregnant young & didn't care who knew their opinion. But of course now that it's almost time, they want to be invited. But the ONE AND ONLY person who's had my back this whole time can't be there. I'm so upset. I know it's not his grandmas fault, she didn't know before she paid the deposit but she shouldn't have changed it to begin with 😓 I'm just so upset.
