You can,  but i don't think it really matters.  My mom used to tell me to keep track on a calendar when I was younger but I used an app for it.  It's good to know when you will get your next period, you're being prepared.

This app is great for tracking your period. However, there are also a lot of adult topics on here that might not be appropriate for you (depending on your age). I have a 13 year old daughter & I would not be OK with her having this app.
