Same question, how far along are you? I'm 8 weeks and went to the doctors this morning because I was cramping all day yesterday and it was pretty consistent. Everything checks out ok but she didn't really give me an answer for why I was cramping. Could be gas, could be your body stretching, could be that you gotta poop. But as long as there's no bleeding or spotting, you should be okay.
