This will be my 5th pregnancy/ I have two kids and have had two miscarriages so I imagine my abdomen walls just give way for baby at this point

I started showing early, in a normal pregnancy your uterus doubles in size, and we have twins so it extra doubles faster. I started officially showing to others by 13 weeks.

I'd say baby. Your uterus normal pops over the pelvis around 12 weeks and if your double in size it most likely baby. Congrats!
