So is constant cramping all night and day today a sign? It doesn't come and go it's literally been all day and tmi I have gotten diarrhea practically all day. I'm 39 plus 2 and I just don't know what to do?!

Sounds like it could be! If it is labor the cramping will get worse and then you should time the contractions and call your doctor.
