anyone else get confused about tracking measurements?

Like this app, my doctor goes by LMP even when due date has been confirmed by ultrasound. So right now I am 28w3d, although from conception I guess it is 26w3d. And then there are people who ask me how far along I am and I tell them based on doctor's measurements and they say how much is that in months? 😳🙄 goodness, I don't know! And then I look it up and there are conflicting timelines and not everyone measures it the same! Thankfully since we are now getting closer and know what day she should be here by a repeat scheduled c-section I just tell them days left 😂 this shouldn't bug me so much, but it does!
