I seriously need some advice! Vag itch?!

I have NO clue which group this should go in, all I know is I need help. For like 3 days my vagina has been itching and burning, right after I got off my period. It is so sore, like just to touch, like my pants hurt it so bad! And it itches and burns. Like I was in the shower and washed my vagina with a REALLY sensitive soap that I have always used because I am really sensitive and it BURNED SO BAD I was screaming and crying. That's have never happened! I plan on going to dr but i need to know what going on until then. I obviously know what yeast and UTI are like, but this isn't like that. It seems like all my 'inners' are coming out! Like my cervix is barely a fingernail in! And there is like a bulb of my bladder hanging out in my vagina too. Cortisone cream seems to soothe it some. Also I am so swollen and dry! I'm swollen inside and out all the way around. Worse than I was after child birth! Any thing like this happen to y'all?
