Gynecologist suggestion for endometriosis in Michigan Detroit

Hi gals,

I have been TTC for one year and my gynecologist suggested me to take clomide for 5 months and no luck .. suddenly my scan shows I have cyst in my left ovary and with ca125 is 228.. currently am in India and m doc here suggests me to remove my left ovary since it might be malignant Am so scared and so stressed right now..

Please let me know some good gynecologist in Michigan Detroit..

Does anyone had this issue?

Were you able to get pregnant with one ovary?

Any natural treatment?

Note: I don't have any pain
