Vaginal itching

Hi everyone,I'm kinda new to this forum but I've been religiously following comments and tips

Please In kinda at crossroads here,I'm 24 and I started having sex for the first time 2 months ago,I've noticed a lot of changes,my vaginal discharge is heavier now as I also noticed it itches me and it hurts

Please any thoughts as to what's wrong?
