7 days of spotting

I've have light to moderate spotting for 7 days and I'm 10 days late for AF, negative hpt. I have multiple symptoms of being pregnant but not sure what's going on. Sore breasts for 2 weeks, back pain, headaches, food aversions, nausea, fullness in my pelvic area... has anyone had this too?
