waist training after pregnancy?
I'm planning on waist training after pregnancy. When is the right time to start? Does it work? Comment bellow anything bellow that will be helpful regarding the subject.
Additional: I have a pear shaped figure naturally and the way my body already naturally distributes weight is the way a waist trainer is supposed to that's why I feel like it will work well for me I know it doesn't work for all body types, but for the particular way my body distributes weight I feel like it will help accentuate that.
