So my biggest fear of labor is having a BM while I'm trying to push her out. I already have a 6 year old and this was my biggest fear with him as well. Any advice on how to get past this? I'm very self conscious so and my fiance will be in labor and delivery with me and I'm afraid he will see it or it might have a smell and him get disgusted by it.
