Depends! If it's morning sex, I get up right away and go get a shower and start my day. If it's at night, I cuddle with him for a few mins and then go use the restroom. I already gave birth the 2 kids so I know it doesn't matter if you lay down after. Those bad boys swim fast and there within seconds.

It's a myth.  Sperm takes seconds to get to where they are supposed to.  They recommend peeing after sex to save bacteria etc...
