missed miscarriage post ectopic

Hi, I'm hoping to hear from people who have had similar experiences to mine.

I had an ectopic pregnancy in December and lost my right tube. My hubby and I waited the recommended TTC (2 consecutive periods) and were fortunate to conceive first try in February. Last week I had a d&c for a missed miscarriage. I'm devastated that my first two pregnancies have ended this way. I'm feeling like it may never happen for me and I'm so scared each and every preganacy will result in the same way. Has anyone had their rainbow babies after this kind of loss?
