How long did the 4 month sleep regression last?

Till 9 months 😂 there were a few good nights of sleep mixed in but till 9 months sleep was horrible

How do you know your going through it? LO will be 4month Tuesday and her sleep is basically the same up once for feeding at 3am I dream feed at 11pm and she's up for the day at about 7am  her napping still sucks lol occasionally I get one or two hours but usually they are about 30minutes long I'm at FTM so I have no idea

I have 3 boys and it varied in time depending on the kid. 2-6 weeks or so
