My husband has 2 middle names, a chosen one and a family name. Other than it makes passports difficult sometimes as the names don't fit in the boxes for airlines lol.

My Son has 2 middles and so will this baby once they're born 😊 I like it.

I think it's fine. I know a couple that adopted twins. They had names picked out but then the birth mom had names she had been calling them so they gave them those names as 2nd middle names

When you have two middle names, you essentially drop one for the purpose of paperwork, applications, etc because 99.9% of those forms do not have space for two middle names. It can be a pain, but it's not the end of the world.
