only ttc for 3 months

And nothing yet. I spot for a week before af arrives and when it does it's very heavy and sometimes clots. I have some abdominal pain just before it starts but nothing too bad. I am worried about pcos and endometriosis after reading lots of stories. I am worried my dr will not talk to me about it until 1 year ttc any thoughts?
