pineapple core and smep 🤞🏽🤞🏽👶🏽
Soo this cycle I ovulated later in my cycle which means more mature eggs! Instead of cd 9 I ovulated on cd 15 thanks maca root but I want to eat pineapple core for the implantation. I'm 1dpo when should I start and how much and how long? We also did the smep as much as possible we had sex every two days leading up to ovulation and the day after (this morning).
