Braxton Hicks?

I'm starting to get concerned waiting on my OB to call me back I woke up over an hour and I thought it was feeling the baby move but I don't think I was. I put my hands on my stomach and it kept getting tight and putting pressure below my belly button and around my back it happens very often every couple of minutes. I've been under a lot of stress with my nephew passing away and other things going on I'm worried the stress is causing me to contract. It hurts really bad!! And the worst part I'm only 17 weeks!! Can you even have contractions this early Im so worried.. 😔 today is my nephews funeral and I am going to miss it.. 😔😔😔
