Day 3 no period!

Today is day #3 with still no sign on AF. I have noticed a small amount of cramping throughout the day if I pay attention like she's coming but still nothing. I've also noticed a lot of raw egg white discharge coming frequently. Stil waiting on taking a test because the last 2 on Wednesday were BFN. Could this be sign of pregnancy? Any thoughts?
