Absolutely nothing wrong!

So I'm ttc baby no.2 (for over 6 years now).
I'm ovulating, had ultrasounds inside and out and my ovaries are fine, my husbands test show he's fertile.
So there's no reason I'm not falling pregnant! Can't have IVF as can't get it free and can't afford to pay. Presume no point in having Clomid etc as I'm ovulating.
Anybody got any thoughts? In same situation?
