18 week ultrasound question
Is it normal to get a transvaginal ultrasound at 18 weeks? I'm going next Thursday and the order says:
Fetal anatomy
Transvaginal
Cervical length
Patient should drink 16oz of fluid prior to exam
I'm confused because they've always made me empty my bladder before a transvaginal.
