Ovary pain a sign of pregnancy?

Has anyone ever had a sharp pain in their ovaries and then later found out they were pregnant?

We have been TTC for several month and I'm currently in my 2 week wait. I just experienced a sharp pain in my right ovary. It only lasted about five minutes but was bad enough to make me worry for a second. It has dissipated now but it made me wonder if it could be a sign of pregnancy.  If not, I'm thinking maybe an ovarian cyst.

I get a twinge like that in my ovaries when I ovulate. Every month like clockwork I get my build up of CM, then it starts to dry up, and I get the twinges/pains in my ovary, then my temp spikes the next day. You might be ovulating later then normal, or it could be implantation potentially. My sister said she had pains like that with her third pregnancy because he implanted so high.
