How often do you all take apart all of your pump equipment and deep clean or steam?

I wash after every use. Sterilize once a week. Tubing is impossible for me so I buy new tubing often 😂

I refrigerate between pumping sessions during the day. Rinse and soak in hot soapy water and leave overnight. Wash with hot soapy water each morning. I rotate between two sets of bottles/flanges. Am just now replacing my valves (have a spectra) after 3 months, but realize I should've done that sooner. Have spare tubes, but haven't noticed that I need them yet.

I clean everything at the end of each day. I just bought new tubes because the other set had mildew growing. I replace the membranes every 2-3 months.

Does anyone put theirs in the dishwasher?

I ve been EPing over 7 months. I have a PISA. I have two sets of flanges/collection bottles. I hot water rinse after every pumping. Hot water and Dapple soap wash once a day, microwave steam bags once a week. I may wash the rubber tubing if we have traveled (like on plane or hotel). I replace tubing about every 3 months (or less) and also replace the white rubber washers every month. I replace the flanges and bottles at about 2 months. I dont buy medela, i buy Nenesupply from amazon, much much cheaper.

I put three parts in gallon ziplock bags in the fridge inbetween pumping sessions then clean everything at the end of every day

I cleaned everything but the tubes after every session...hand wash then in a microsteam bag. I only washed the tubes if something got in them.
