Is herpes a big deal to u when ur in a relationship with someone who has it and u truly love them.

My bf and I threw a party last night and drank a lot and we got into a fight and he told everyone that I gave him herpes and that really upset me so much cuz that was our secret and I told him when I found out never to tell anyone and I'm really still upset about it
