Only gonal f injections but no symptoms and on 15 dpo...??

Hi ladies ,

My gyno. Give me gonal f injections for 8 days . The day before iui she told me that we are not giving you the ovulation trigger means pregnyl . Because at one time you release four eggs with good quality and one is small but it can also fertilized. She told me if you take that shot you may have chances of multiples. And after birth defects so she told me to do natural intercourse. But today is my 15 dpo i had no symtoms. I had backache , headache and bbt 97.3 last three dayd but today no symptoms .. is anyone have that same situation??

What should i doo?take test or have to wait 😣😣😣😣
