My daughter is 5 weeks old. She is mixed (im white, hubby is black). She is very very light skinned (looks like she's actually just white with a tan. Lol) every one has been saying that it takes awhile before their actual complexion comes in, but I'm just wondering when it usually does?

My husband is so proud of our daughter & loves showing her picture to everyone lol. Well These girls that work at a store next to my husbands job told my husband that he needed to get a DNA test done on our babygirl because she's not his because she's "too white" to be his. 😡👊 (I was beyond pissed when he told me) My husband shut them completely down & told them that he knows for a fact she's his & how he knows his wife & how I wouldn't do that......another issue - we went to the pediatrician when she was first born (my husband goes to every appointment) , & I noticed last week on her paper that it says her ethnicity is "white" ........it's starting to really irritate & upset me that people keep saying she's white & not mixed.

My question is , when do mixed race babies usually start to get color?
