Anyone have relatively bad cramping with diarrhea?

The other night I had wake-me-up-in-the-middle-of-sleeping cramps. After each one I had somewhat difficult to pass gas. After that I ended up having some very loose stool. Then no more cramps! No spotting or bleeding at all. Totally freaked me out, thinking I was having another MC. I'm not so worried now, but just wondering if anyone else had these types of cramps?

Just had this last night on the way home from an event. I told my mom in the car that I might need to pull over and find a bathroom the cramps were so bad. Ran to the bathroom once I got home and since then I've felt fine. I was so worried though-was it something I ate? Am I getting food poisoning?? Ah anxiety

I had that a couple different times but it was after I ate something my body clearly didn't agree with.
