Can someone help me understand why this chart is so important?

Hello ladies!!! I am new to TTC and I am having one heck of a time understanding what is going on with this chart. Any help is super duper appreciated! ✨Baby Dust to all✨

Temping is a wonderful help when trying to conceive. The only catch is it only confirms ovulation after it has happened. Over a few months you may notice pattern. That huge temp drop you had today happens for me the same day I ovulate. When you notice your temps rising three days in a row you can say you probably have ovulated.

You might be about to ovulate! Also, be sure you take your temps at the same time every day and before you do ANYTHING. I'm talking still half-asleep here, haha. Good luck!!

Are you using a BBT thermometer that goes to the .00 decimal place? Just weird that your temp has been the same a couple days in a row. That's never happened to me because the BBT thermometers are so sensitive.
