henna powder or henna cones?

I want to do henna tattoos myself and I actually bought a cone from henna king but it's too liquid, has anyone ever bought a powder or cones? From where?

Well I'm Indian and henna is a part of our tradidition , well my dads since I'm catholic. I go to Indian stores to get henna cones cuz its like the legit thing and its not very liquidy. I love henna tho, its so beautiful and creative cuz there are no limits to what design u want
