It's 24 which is what came w the medela but I'm not sure if I should get the 27 (It doesn't hurt just or anything and I'm not getting blisters just feels like my baby is sucking really hard when I have it on high

No, you should try the bigger flange. That looks painful.

I'm not the op... but mine looks similar and I've been pumping for a year. I would have never known I was doing it wrong if I didn't look at this post!!! I'm a ftm and first to breastfeed in the family. But like op said. It doesn't hurt. My nipples are fine. I just thought I was doing it right the whole time.  😂😂😂😂

Way too small! Your nipple should only slightly touch the sides! That can cause damage to your nipple girl get a bg get size asap
