Hot flashes.......help!!!

Me and my fiance are trying for a baby and this is the second month we have been trying, my AF is due this Monday the 9th. These past couple of days I've been having horrible hot flashes and then I get very nauseous. It only last for about 5 to 10 minutes and my face gets super red and very hot. I've never had these kind of symptoms in my first 2 pregnancies or even before AF is due....could I be pregnant?
