Twitchy Legs?

Hey there - I've recently been experiencing twitching in one of my legs and think it may be 'restless leg syndrome' which is a symptom of pregnancy? Has anyone else experienced this and any tips? Is it likely to get worse through pregnancy? I am 16+5. Thanks in advance!

I had this before pregnancy but have been noticing more of it lately. I feel like mine correlates to night time dehydration, so I try to drink more water at night. This of course exacerbates the having to pee at 2 am, but I'd rather deal with that than restless legs... Also maybe ask your doc about taking extra magnesium? I have heard that can help.

I've been having this too. Leg cramps and restless leg.  I've been taking a supplement with calcium, magnesium and B6 before I go to bed and it really helps.

I have RLS due to pregnancy. Try to cut out all caffeine and cut out sugar before bed time.

I'm 16+4 and I get it and it's so bad that I can't sleep sometimes. Usually it means your tired, but if you get to tired it will just keep you up. I would talk to your OB about it if it becomes to bothersome :-)
